By mid-2023 I had written 30+ books and contributed to many more. All were commissioned projects.

Twenty of these books described journeys I accompanied for Amaseu in Europe, Africa and Asia. Every participant of the journeys gets a copy of a book as souvenir and also to explain the purpose of the journey. My text is combined with Vincent van den Hoogen's photography, Terence Teitsma does the art direction, and the books are then put together by Oranje vormgevers.

A project that was started more than 10 years ago finally came to fruition at the end of March 2023 when The 7 Life Elixirs by Erik-Jan de Rooij was printed. I spent a lot – seriously, a lot – of time over the last four years rewriting the content and getting the book ready for publication.

I’ve also written books on personal development, a departing Philip CEO (Gerard Kleisterlee), leadership programmes for Rabobank, Indian temples (actually that was more of an editing job) plus a novel based on Amaseu journeys.
