Since 2011 I’ve been accompanying journeys* as a writer, interviewer and videographer. My main task is to gather input for a book, and other creative platforms, for the people who took part.
What can I say? I get to go all over the world, work with a brilliant bunch of people, and observe what is truly a fascinating process of personal and leadership development.
*I don't want to be an arse, but it's better not to mention my client's name. Otherwise, journey participants – who frequently Google the name of this company when they hear they are taking part – may find out about the destinations, which is absolutely not the intention. Most of the places we go are kept secret; the participants don’t know where they are going, even when they step into the plane. It's all part of the process.
